A Brow lift surgery is a procedure performed
to improve the look of the eyebrows which have begun to
sag as a result of the natural aging process as well as
the pulling force of gravity.
There are two basic types of brow lift surgery: 1) the
traditional brow lift surgery requires an incision across
the hairline where the forehead skin is gently lifted so
that segments of the forehead muscle and excess skin can
be extracted and the residual tissue lifted upwards. 2)
Endoscopic brow lift surgery is resembles the traditional
procedure with the exception that rather than making a long
incision across the hairline, the surgeon makes a few incisions
into which a tool is inserted to lift the underlying muscle
tissue.
The majority of people who have undergone a Brow lift surgery
feel as though they have regained some of their youthfulness
and therefore feel younger as a result. Because the aging
process does not stop nor slow down, one may think about
having the Brow lift surgery procedure done once again at
a later time.
